Error logs blank

Hi,

My error logs have been blank for one of my sites since about 2am this morning (a time when I was not working on the site). When 500 errors are generated the log remains blank, making debugging very difficult. Is there any support?

Experience similar behaviour. Err500 but nothing in logs. Is there any global issue?

We had issues with the log server yesterday around 5pm-7.30pm UTC. If that matches the blanks in your logs, that's it -- afterwards the logs should be working correctly.

Sorry about that. We had an issue with web app error logging that we have now fixed.
