I'm having difficulties reloading my flask web app , the web app contains a torch model that does a classification function the app works fine if i run it on pycharm but when i tried running it on pythonanywhere i get the message "Your webapp took a long time to reload" and the web app stuck reloading.

Have you checked your web app's logs yet? Also -- see this help page.
