selenium and chromedriver does not work with the ".ru" domain site

Hello! Please help with my problem. I was create python script which use selenium and chromedriver. But it does not work and shows error: ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED. It happens when I'm trying connect to sites with ".ru" domain. Testing connections on google.com or yahoo.com are OK. Thanks a lot

It's rather related to the fact that you're using a free account, so you have restricted internet access. Domains google.com and yahoo.com are on our whitelist, so you're able to connect with them.
