accidently deleted file

Would it be possible to recover my deleted file if i gave you the file path and roughly the time it was deleted? Please its really important. Thank you. I also sent an email to the support email just in case. Thanks so much

i accidently gave you the times via email in EST. I have sent another email with the proper times in UTC that were requested. Thanks and sorry about that.
