Refund after downgrading the account

Hey, I am developer and I am using this amazing platform for hosting a client's website. Client was having some problems with upgrading to hacker account. There was something wrong in the debit card details. To check that I used my personal card details to check whether the hacker account can be bought or not. After entering all the details, this account was successfully upgraded to the hacker account but as it was my personal card which issued the payment, I immediately downgraded to begineers account. Will I get the refund ?
