External Access to MySQL DB

Hi all, I'm trying to use pipedrive to query my MySQL Database but the connection is timing out.

Not sure if I need to change a setting so that it will accept traffic from 0.0.0.0/0 and how I would do that?

We do not expose user databases to the internet. See https://help.pythonanywhere.com/pages/AccessingMySQLFromOutsidePythonAnywhere/ However, if pipedrive do not allow you to configure an SSH tunnel, you will not be able to connect from there.
