Hi, I would like to migrate my website to a domain I own. From my understanding I can do that with the 'Hacker' account and I wanted to verify if that would be true Also, if I do migrate will I be able to keep my old domain (the pythonanywhere domain) or will my website only use the new domain?

You can use your own domain with a Hacker plan, but the Hacker plan only includes one web app, so you will not be able to also keep the old address at the same time. For that, you'd need an account that includes 2 web apps.
