So the only way I could to see to have a QA and Prod environment is to setup two accounts. One at qadrillsheetpro.pythonanywhere.com and the other at drillsheetpro.pythonanywhere.com. Now my problem seems to be I can only be logged into one account at a time.

The other way was to create both webapps on the same account (but using different source code folders)

For what you have now, you can go into the accounts page for one of them, and setup a teacher. The teacher will be able to access the other account's webapp, files and consoles etc. This is an education feature that has worked well for people with multiple webapps/different clients etc.
