I done everything using http://tutorial.djangogirls.org/ru/deploy/ but for version python 2.7 and django 1.7. But all the time the error occur: Error code: Unhandled Exception (wpikalova.pythonanywhere.com)

Take a look at the error log, which is linked from the "Web" tab. That should give you an idea of what's going wrong.
