urllib3.exceptions.MaxRetryError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='kite.zerodha.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: / (Caused by ProxyError('Cannot connect to proxy.', OSError('Tunnel connection failed: 403 Forbidden')))

kite.trade api is already added to whitelist and I am running 5$ account. please let me know what can i do to login to kite account?

kite.zerodha.com is not whitelisted though -- but as you're a paying user it should be affecting you. I was able to hit 'https://kite.zerodha.com' from a paid account's console. Can you show the exact url that you've been hitting? Is it a part of a service that requires authentication?
