My website wasn't loading, and I am getting this error:

Error code: 502-loadbalancer

My site runs on Django and python 2.7, and now, I cannot even reload my app. It says something went wrong. Any help please? My website is www.professorsreviewbd.com. Thanks.

I'm getting the exact same issue on my flask app Python 3. Must be a system wide thing.

Really strange, no response from PA team. The site is down from 6 hours.

Just want to add, my site taceor.pythonanywhere.com is down with a load balancer issue as well, but my other domains hosted with PA remain functional.

My site is back up now after being down all day. Would have been good to have had some updates from PA.

Apologies for the outage. One of our web servers was down, and a subset of websites were affected.

We're investigating how this happened, and in particular why you weren't given updates.

I should add -- we appreciate that this kind of outage is unacceptable. We'll be analysing in particular what went wrong with our alerting systems, and why no-one spotted the comments here, which should have made it clear to us that something bad was happening.

Very sorry about that. As the team member today who was supposed to be on call (to deal with outages etc), it was definitely my fault that I missed this forum post.
