There's something wrong with always on task. I added new task and it says that status is Starting. I also refesh this and its still starting but supposed to be Running. What should I do?

Do you see anything in the task's log? If it's constantly "starting" it may mean that it crashes immediately and then starts again. It's a general good practice to have a test run in a Bash console before setting an Always-on / Scheduled task.
