Can't connect to extermal mysql remote server

I am trying to connect to a mysql database hosted on other platform through PA Bash shell but I get this error

mysqldump: Got error: 2003: Can't connect to MySQL server on '****.com:3306' (111) when trying to connect

Free accounts can only connect out of PythonAnywhere to a whitelist of sites using http(s) so you will not be able to connect out of PythonAnywhere to an external database.
