Hi,

I'm using a free account and I'd like to upgrade to a custom account so I've tried to add my payment info (PAN, Expiration date, CVC) but after submit the CVC box is shown in red and payment is not performed.

Could you please help me to know what would be the problem?

Card is ok, I've paid in other sites without problems.

I've noticed that you for a 4digit CVC but in my card there are only three digits.

Are you using an American Express card? (A quick google tells me that they tend to have four-digit CVCs). Unfortunately our card processor doesn't handle Amex for UK-based companies yet.

Thanks for letting us know. I'll get in touch with our card processor. In the meantime, perhaps you can use PayPal? Or if you're interested, you could pay for a year up front and get a discount (twelve months for the price of ten)?

Ah, sorry, it looks like I misunderstood your original post, and thought your card had four digits and we were asking for three -- but, of course, it's the other way around.

Could you send us a screenshot of what you see after you submit and you get the error message? (With the card number blacked out, of course.) You can send it to support@pythonanywhere.com.
