Error upgrading Flask from 0.9 to 0.10 in virtual env.

I noticed I have Flask 0.9, and would like to use Flask 0.10 in order to use Flask Api. http://www.flaskapi.org/

When I try to upgrade Flask, I get the following error.

Is there some other way I'm supposed to do this?

I don't think your virtualenv was active when you tried to run that pip install?

try

source ~/venv/bin/activate

or

~/venv/bin/pip install --upgrade flask
