I'm working on real-time transit like app. So I want to upload the real-time coordinates of device. As I googled it is not good way to go with GET and POST to upload this information, I have to go with port. Somehow that port may update my database accordingly. So is there anyway to create port for myaccount.pythonanywhere.com?

No, you can't listen to an arbitrary port on PythonAnywhere.
