Hello, Guys.

I am using a hacker plan now. I think I need a more web workers & CPU time. But I'm little confusing about billing when the plan is changed.

I already paid hacker plan for 1 month, and I used this only for 10 days. So, If I upgrade a plan to web dev, is the contract renewed from today? and then is the previous plan refunded for remaining days?

I tried to find about payment rules in forum & blog, but I couldn't. I would appreciate if you give more details about that.

Hi there, when you upgrade an existing plan, we give you the new features straight away, but we actually start charging you the new amount on your next billing date. so, effectively, you get the new stuff for free for the rest of the current month. sssh! don't tell anyone! ;-)
