I have a .local directory in my root can I delete it?

First trying PythonAnywhere, I didn't realize I can create virtualenv for a given app. So I initially installed some packages that I found out are in the .local folder.

These take space and I don't need them anymore. Can I safely delete the .local folder?

Sure. You can delete it.
