Payment Concerns...

Hi Team, can you please help me if my account is already paid by this month? Last week I received an email that my card had already reached the limit and I needed to put some credit there. My question is, is this already or automatically paid once the card has already been credited, or do I need to pay it manually?

We didn't receive the payment for the last invoice, I believe we sent you an email about a failed payment, too. The charge will be repeated and if you have enough funds on the card it should go through. Otherwise, if it fails several times, you'll get another warning message and eventually your account could be downgraded to free. If you prefer, we could move this conversation to the emails, so we don't speak about your billing in public forums (drop us a line at support@pythonanywhere.com then).
