I read on one of your forums(https://www.pythonanywhere.com/forums/topic/30297/) that it was possible to make a request on a site, but would need to upgrade, well... I did, but no solved the problem of the proxy that was giving.

That's the reason I want a refund.

You need to downgrade your account first, than let us know and we'll do the refund.
