Since 9/6 (JST), the time taken to execute scheduled tasks has suddenly slowed down. What used to take 2,200 to 2,800 seconds now takes 10,000 to 16,000 seconds after 9/6 (Japan time). The notice says that python 3.10 is supported, so I thought this might be the cause and changed to python 3.10, but the time required remained the same. However, when I ran it from the console, it took around 2400 seconds (I measured it manually, so there may be a slight error). Why is it that only the scheduled task execution is extremely slow? P.S. Refreshing did not improve the situation.

That is the reality of shared infrastructure - sometimes you have noisy neighbours that can make things slower for you.
