I didn't realize the issue for a while because the link I typically use to check https://stockle.ai/ads.txt, works just fine, however http://stockle.ai/ads.txt routes to https://stockle.ai/ instead of https://stockle.ai/ads.txt which is preventing Google Adsense from crawling my ads.txt properly.

Any quick fixes?

That redirect is not under the control of PythonAnywhere. It is under the control of whatever service you are using to redirect stockle.ai to www.stockle.ai. You will need to contact them about any issues with the redirect.
