please tell me how to upload my project files without github web service or git program just I want to control my files manually as I was in the past make it with php servers with apache where I see my files ftp and find www folder there is different between php and pyhon projects but any way there a folder for me to place my files s

There's good news and bad news. The good news is that if you are a paying customer (plans start at $4/month), then you get ssh access. This means you can use apps like WinSCP to get exactly what you want.

The bad news is that you still have to pay $4/month.

You can also zip your files and upload it manually via our files web interface with a 50mb limit.
