I'm trying to run a bot game on aiogram using the bot API and when running the script just crumbles with this text, this is not the whole log, if you need to throw off the rest for a more understandable explanation. Please help to solve this problem.

ERROR: cannot connect to host api.telegram.org:443 ssl:default [network is unreachable]

From a free account, you need to connect through our proxy. Check the documentation for the library that you're using for how to configure it to use a proxy and see https://help.pythonanywhere.com/pages/403ForbiddenError/ for the proxy details.
