Can not connect by ssh

Hi, i try connect by ssh to server, but after entering the password, conection close. I trying connection by pycharm for deploy and putty on Windows 7 and standart ssh client on Ubuntu server.

Log pycharm: Upload to pythonanywhere failed: could not connect to SFTP server at "sftp://ssh.pythonanywhere.com/". (Pipe closed)

Ubuntu message: Connection to ssh.pythonanywhere.com closed.

Pycharm version: 4

Putty version: release 0.63

SSH only works for paid account, unfortunately.
