Add UK MetOffice site to the whitelist

From the following comment I understand there is a whitelist of sites to which free accounts can connect: https://www.pythonanywhere.com/forums/topic/2733/#id_post_15604

Could you please add the UK MetOffice website to the whitelist so that their DataPoint API (for UK weather observations and forecasts) can be accessed: http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/

The API documentation is at http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/datapoint/ and http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/datapoint/support/api-reference
