Subscription renewal

Hello PA, I'm trying to reactivate my subscription but your platform keep saying "Card was declined". My card works just fine. I use it every day. Can you please check your billing system ?

I can confirm there are failed payments, and the message we got from the payment processor is that your bank declined the payment, so you should contact your bank. If you prefer we may switch to email communication (support@pythonanywhere.com), as those are public forums.
