Does the hosting include ssl ssh

If you have a paid account, you will be able to SSH in to PythonAnywhere.

I want to make sure that SSL SSH is available before I buy hosting, especially SSL.

SSL SSH is not a thing. If you upgrade, you will be able to use SSH. You can use SSL whether you upgrade or not.
