Error when installing QSToolkit (QSTK)

Installed the directory and files, but that on the second last step I run into this error.

Using Python 3.4 (if that matters). Thanks in advance.

error: Namespace package problem: QSTK is a namespace package, but its
__init__.py does not call declare_namespace()! Please fix it.

Which version are you installing? It looks like they had a bug that generated that error, but it was fixed at towards the end of 2014.
