Surely someone at PythonAnywhere is awake and looking at this because uptime monitors have been blaring, right?

All of our web apps are down because Postgres cannot be accessed (we are in the US infrastructure):

Connection timed out Is the server running on host "smartfinder-2289.postgres.pythonanywhere-services.com" (10.0.0.35) and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 12289

Other users are reporting the same. Please get on it (and communicate!) PythonAnywhere!

This is still lingering and there is no communication from the team. Please can we have an update

8.25 hours of downtime and counting. Terrible failure in their service monitoring.

Sorry about that! There was a hardware issue on one of our postgres servers. We're improving our alerting system so this doesn't go unnoticed next time.
