When trying to access the database tab from the pythonanywhere console I get:

Server Error :-/ An error has occurred. This shouldn't happen

Feel free to contact your nearest PythonAnywhere representative (there's a "Send feedback" link above), and loudly complain about the problem.

Similarly from a python terminal:

django.db.utils.OperationalError: could not connect to server: Connection timed out Is the server running on host "ahguerilla-1974.postgres.pythonanywhere-services.com" (10.0.0.35) and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 11974?

PythonAnywhere is asleep at the wheel on this. They're on Twitter/X saying they had a minor few-minutes outage this morning. We have been down for 12 hours.

Thanks for the update. They seem to have kicked it back to life. My site was down for 11 hours and 43 minutes.

Sorry about that! There was a hardware issue on one of our postgres servers. We're improving our alerting system so this doesn't go unnoticed next time.
