I accidentally did two rsyncs in the wrong direction and lost all my latest changes to a whole directory. Is there any way to restore from a backup of one of my directories that you guys might have made?

I would need a backup of my files before 3:00 UTC if possible. Please let me know if this is possible. Very desperate here. :(

The files were not large, they were all text files in that directory.

Since we don't normally do point-in-time recovery and we're not set up to do it, it takes a long time. It could take up to 24 hours. Do you still want to do it?
