I have logged in with my Account (Paid) account credentials and I am getting access denied and restricted privileges error.

Please help.

Account username : mydentalplan

MySQL DB : mydentalplan@my_dentalplan_db

That just looks like you're using the wrong database name. It should be mydentalplan$my_dentalplan_db
