I can't seem to open a console session in either the browser or via SSH. It authenticates and then hangs. I've tried killing all processes via the dashboard, but that hasn't helped.

We've had a few capacity issues. Are you still having trouble? If you are, it could be that you have something in your bashrc that's locking up.
