the page content runs differently on pythonanywhere.com and localhsot

hi all, there is a weird question about the page content runs differently on pythonanywhere.com and localhsot.

I have checked the files are the same on server and local machine.

Due to I don't meet any error when I run commands or open the page, I have no clue how it happened?

Is there any way to check where the problem is?

That just looks like the database for the app is different between localhost and PythonAnywhere.
