where is the configurations file for changing the path to code for the webapp? I was wondering if there are configuration files for all the settings in the web tab of the dashboard.

The main config file for users is linked to in the "Source Code" section, it's the one called "WSGI configuration file" - in that you can change the import of the wsgi application, and set the sys.path as you like...
