Hi what is the way to kill webapp process? Even if "Disable webapp" button clicked it seems continuing running in the background (if it stuck in cycle), and it is not shown with ps in the console

Sorry if question is dumb but I searched for keywords on forum and haven't found the solution, seems like in the past your support were manually killing some processes which is suboptimal waste of support time

What makes you think that it keeps running?Take a look at your server log. (Web apps are not running on the same machine as consoles)
