How to VPN connect in Python?

I am going need to connect to a vpn to scrape data from website. I want to run a script on pythonanywhere that connects through the VPN so that the I can access the website and traffic appears to be coming from a different location. I am using https://www.ivacy.com/download-vpn/vpn-for-windows/ Can anyone help me with this?

No, you won't be able to do it on PythonAnywhere for multiple reasons.
