I can no longer access or ping pythonanywhere.com from my laptop. It does work from another device, so I don't think it's a ISP block.

We'd need to know your IP address to check that; if you're comfortable posting it in these forums (remember that they're public) then you can do so, but perhaps it would be better if you sent it to support@pythonanywhere.com (with a link to this forum thread so that we know why you're sending it.
