I'm planning to use ms-playwright and I need to use "playwright install" command but I can't as I don't have root access. Is there anything I can do for this?

I don't know Playwright, but from looking at the docs I don't see any need to be root when installing it -- what instructions are you following? The ones I found are here, and it looks like you just need Node installed, which you can do by following the instructions on this help page.
