hi, At present I use the Files tab to upload the pdf / xls files I need in my website. What is the approach pythonanywhere developers take when they hand over their application to their users? Do they ask them to upload the files in the same way? Or do they build an interface which then uploads the Files through the Files tab? What is your recommendation? Thanks!

I would suggest an interface that you design for your users that just uploads to the directory where you want the files, since that limits your users to particular directories and actions so they can't accidentally cause trouble for you. Most web frameworks will at least have an example of file uploading if they don't have a simple way of doing it already.
