So with my website only parts of the CSS load.

The site is suppose to look like this. As this is what it looks like when I load it from my computer.

But as you can see on the link above it doesn't.

I'm not sure why this is. The index.html (homepage) seems to connect with the CSS style sheet fine.

So I'm not sure why the page is acting like this. Is there something I'm missing?

The site looks pretty similar (if not identical) to the screenshot from localhost -- did you fix it by adding static files mappings (see this help page)?
