Do I have to install pip before?

I am using command pip install praw and it gives me that "install" is invalid syntax..

I have never used this kind of cloud service before so sorry if it's a dumb question.

No, you don't need to install pip on PythonAnywhere. Where are you running the command? Make sure you're doing it in a Bash console.
