I live in Brazil, and I'd like to access other websites of this country for scrapping purposes. Mainly, I'd like to perform searches on the products on those websites and then display a price comparison for the visitors of my site. I'd also like to place ads on the site. Can I do all that with the Beginner account? Thanks in advance.

Beginner accounts have restricted internet access, to a whitelist of sites. You're welcome to put ads on your site on any account type, but, you know, the beginner account isn't really meant for commercial hosting...
