Flask port already in use

I am maing my site in flask and after reloading i noticed that it stopped working. In server logs i found this:

2023-10-27 17:25:23 Address already in use 2023-10-27 17:25:23 Port 5000 is in use by another program. Either identify and stop that program, or start the server with a different port. 2023-10-27 17:25:23 VACUUM: unix socket /var/sockets/konradowy.pythonanywhere.com/socket removed.

Disabling and re-enabling site fixed problem
