So in my portfolio whenever someone make a contact form i want the backend to send a push notfication to my phone, and to make this i used PushNotifier but whenever it tries to send me the notification I get this error (in my local machine works fine):

requests.exceptions.ProxyError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='api.pushnotifier.de', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /v2/user/login (Caused by ProxyError('Cannot connect to proxy.', OSError('Tunnel connection failed: 403 Forbidden')))
