urllib2.URLError: <urlopen error Tunnel connection failed: 403 Forbidden>

I am trying to connect to the following api "https://api.dat.com/marketmaps/market/loadTruck?area=Market&timeframe=PreviousBusinessDay&equipment=Flatbed" however I get the following error: urllib2.URLError: <urlopen error Tunnel connection failed: 403 Forbidden>

That site isn't on our whitelist of sites that free accounts can connect to. If it's an official public API, could you give us a link to the API documentation? We should be able to add it if it's officially supported as an API.
