I'm a new user and on step 3 of 10 of "Creating a 'Hello World' Web App... it says quite clearly to "Click on the Add a new web app button on the left and take a look at what comes up..." but there is no button. Is it hidden somehow or?

I would post a screenshot but I'm trying to figure out how to 'host web app' something, where am I supposed to click?

I see that you posted an issue on our GitHub repo as well, with the screenshot. It looked like you'd clicked on a different link in the previous step of the step-by-step instructions; it asked you to click on the "Web" link from the Dashboard, but you were in a MySQL console. The "Add a new web app" button is on the "Web" page inside PythonAnywhere.
