Hi, i can't connect on my sql database with mysql workbench i use as a method tcp over sh and i configured also remote management following this link https://help.pythonanywhere.com/pages/AccessingMySQLFromOutsidePythonAnywhere/

my user is mtinvestmentssof

but i got always ssh error i try to put

ssh.pythonanywhere.com and ssh.eu.pythonanywhere.com

without success.

I think the problem is that you're using mtinvestmentssof for both the SSH username and the MySQL username. It should be the full mtinvestmentssoftware for SSH. The shortened username should only be used for MySQL.
