SFTP timeout

I'm trying to upload a set of files to my pythonanywhere account.

I tried to connect to my pythonanywhere (followed the instructions of help pages of pythonanywhere, https://help.pythonanywhere.com/pages/UploadingAndDownloadingFiles/), but get a connection timeout: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity. Tried through command line and Filezilla. Any hint?
